Service Description

Yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body strengthening and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Choose between one to one sessions or group sessions arranged with your friends or work mates at a time that suits you. Sessions will take place at your Location or Online Via Zoom
