No parking or traffic issues after your massage, you simply get to relax immediately in the comfort of your own home. Alternatively you are welcome to come to my home In Telscombe near Peacehaven and Saltdean close to Brighton for massage services. In by early 20's I qualified In Sports Massage and then was fortunate to be selected to work aboard cruise ships with 5 star cruise lines such as Silversea and Seabourn. I worked In the Spa and Gym of these ships for over two years. I delivered a five star massage service daily and on Sea Days would massage up to 8 customers. I mastered a massage technique that is firm yet relaxing at the same time. I feel because I am a Yoga & Pilates instructor also a Personal Trainer I have an enhanced understanding for anatomy. I know typically how firm to be with each area of the body and muscles. Onboard In the Spa I worked with other therapists from around the world and learnt more techniques such as acupressure from a Japanese lady named Mana and I also learnt about Chakra and breathing techniques during massage with a Thai Lady named Suki. I still apply these techniques to massages creating a treatment that is effective and relaxing. Upper back and neck problems are my speciality. I am also very good at delivering a relaxed general massage to calm and reduce stress. I have delivered massages for over 16 years, to couples as well and I offer a discount if the massages are back to back. Massages can be given as a gift to someone with a gift card. In the past I have also offered my massage services to Bridal groups or Hen Parties.
