Pilates Based In Saltdean

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. 
This is a workout designed to strengthen, tone up and stretch. 
All abilities and experience of Pilates welcome. In my years teaching Pilates I have created the perfect style that is suitable to everyone, I like to keep things simple and only use straight forward yet very effective exercises. All the Pilates exercises I teach have alternative options, making them easier or harder with just slight adjustments. I know anyone could come to my Pilates and feel capable and welcomed into the group. 

Classes are held at St Martins Church Hall in Saltdean on Fridays 11:00am
