PILATES IN SALTDEAN, BRIGHTON

Full Body Tone, Strengthening and Stretching Workout.

Pilates is a mat based workout using bodyweight resistance exercises. Targeting muscle groups individually  through sets and repetitions. As a Pilates instructor I do like to keep the exercises simple, so I only choose Pilates exercises that I know are straight forward but very effective at creating contractions.

ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES

ZOOM Pilates

From the comfort and ease of your own home, train with me and a group of others online Via ZOOM. My online ZOOM sessions are a combination of core strengthening and muscular tension releasing stretches. They range in difficulty, I do give many options and alternative exercises or poses during sessions. Message me for enquires.

SUMMER OUTDOOR CLASSES

Spring April to Summer September

Various Classes

Yoga, Hatha Yoga gentle and chilled to a sunset. Power Yoga, strong and empowering to a sunrise.

Pilates in a park before lunch, finish session then get a coffee or bite from cafe in park. 

There will be various locations in Brighton and East Sussex and times.
